OUR STORY

LBU Saigon is a family-run Vietnamese takeout shop by the flavors of Saigon and the traditions we grew up with. We make fresh handcrafted noodles and steamed rice sheets daily, serving small-batch dishes with care, just like the noodle stalls back home.

CATERING

To place a catering order, submit an inquiry directly to our event coordinator. Please note that some orders require at least 48 hours to fulfill.

OUR FRESH NOODLES

We make our noodles fresh daily ( Tue, Thu-Sun) and they are gluten free made with 4 ingredients: rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, water.
